Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc
Pale straw green in colour and enticingly fragrant, the 2011 Sauvignon Blanc offers lifted aromas of ripe stonefruit and juicy citrus with underlying notes of blackcurrant leaf and tomato plant spice. The palate is fine yet succulent, with zesty citrus flavours and fresh acidity. There is an appealing plushness about this wine especially as it leads into a lingering and characteristically crisp finish.

Brokenwood Chardonnay
Great colour of pale yellow and green tints. The aromas are in the tropical spectrum with background ‘meal’ characters from the yeast lees stirring. White peach flavours initially and soft cashew, vanillin oak feature on the palate. There is a medium alcohol and glycerol weight and a long finish. A great example of Brokenwood’s complex, barrel fermented Chardonnay that will gain weight to give a full flavoured palate. The use of screw cap will ensure consistent aging.

Evans & Tate Classic Dry White
Very pale straw with a vibrant green rim. On the nose, classic Semillon Sauvignon Blanc characters of honeydew melon, nectarine, green apple, lemongrass and lime zest show on the nose. A touch of dried herbs, distinct to our Classic White style, adds a further dimension. The palate is long and dry with a lovely juicy sensation from the Semillon imparting intense front palate fruit flavour whilst the Sauvignon and Chenin Blanc contribute length and tightness to the overall blend.

Yering Station "Mr Frog" Chardonnay

Brokenwood Pinot Noir

Langmeil "Hanging Snakes" Shiraz Viognier

Mr Frog Pinot Noir or Cabernet Shiraz Merlot
The Pinot Noir is ruby red. Ripe raspberry, blackberry and cherry characters with hints of savoury oak and spicy undertones. A silky palate with lovely, ripe fruit characters and fine tannins. Drink now or over the next 3 or 4 years.
The Cabernet Shiraz is Colour is a dark red/ purple. Fully aromatic blackcurrant nose, dark cherry and blackberry characters with hints of leather and nutmeg spice, layers of scented cedar/ oak. The blackcurrant characters follow through in abundance onto the distinctly regional Cabernet Shiraz palate, dark berry fruit with great intensity and weight, complemented by soft, fine grain tannins. "Exquisitely varietal with currant and mint, pepper and plums, black cherries with cassis aromas and long, fine flavours. Built to be an early drinker, Mr Frog is sure to age well, but who can wait? He's wet and slippery and decidedly Victorian.
